Why Boipeba?

My first trip to Brazil took place in 2004 and turned out “enlightening”: the music, the environment and the people involved myself to the point of re-cross the ocean even three times a year to get to know new corners of this vast country.

In 2006 I met the island of Boipeba, heaven on earth recognized by UNESCO and inhabited by natives in peaceful harmony with the environment: immediately I looked for a ground and organized a small structure. The harmony of the place and its distance from the Western-style “places of the mind” make it ideal for business meetings, small conferences, training events.

The decision to create this meeting place rests on the profession that since twenty years brings me in contact with companies as Auditor (in voluntary certification schemes), consultant and trainer. Parallel to ISO environment – as “40 hours courses ” for third part auditors – I deal with the development of soft skills: change management, creativity, emotional intelligence in the workplace. Two schools I use, as certified trainer, belongs to USA (6 seconds) and Dutch (Core Quality) matrix.

Within auditing and teaching activities, since 2012 I am the managing director of CSQA Training Center.

The contacts developed in these years are an added value to foreign companies intending to explore business opportunities in Brazil.
